Sadly having booked this hotel way in advance for a weekend on arrival we were told that we could not stay. Due to a water problem (lack of) we received very limited help with the answer that we hadn’t yet paid so not their problem. We had to push the staff for options. No offer of a drink or a seat or anything. Shame could have been dealt with so much better.

Séjour très agréable l’hôtel et son personnel sont aux petits soins. L’hôtel est bien situé. Malgré tout il faudra prendre de bonnes chaussures si vous voulez visiter la ville. La chambre donnait sur le patio. Pas ou peu de bruit. Les avis sur le classement en quatre étoiles sont injustes Le restaurant est très bien, du petit déjeuner au dîner la carte comblera les appétits. Il conviendra de réserver. Seul regret la piscine n’était pas chauffée il fallait un peu de courage pour s y baigner

Spent 5 nights here and would definitely return, nice spacious room with comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff, lovely courtyard to eat and drink in and a decent pool with plenty of sun loungers to relax after a day of walking around Seville. This is a lovely hotel situated slightly out of the main area but certainly near enough to easily walk to everything with many bars and restaurants nearby which seem to be used by the locals (always a good sign). We stayed as a party of six with my elderly parents and on arriving the gentleman at reception immediately moved my parents to an easily accessible room, things like this let you know that the staff care about your staff. The lovely girl who worked at the bar and in the restaurant (sorry but we did n't catch your name but you had long dark curly hair) was friendly, patient and helpful as was everyone working there. We had a wonderful staff, highly recommend this hotel and hopefully will return some day. Thank you Hotel San Gil

Hôtel parfait pour visiter au centre de Seville. Ménage quotidien parfait, personnel dévoué et attentif déjeuner avec du choix et copieux. Cependant hôtel vieillot qui a besoin de rénovation durant notre semaine ns avons eu des problèmes d’eau il n’y avait pas d’eau à certaines heures, fuite d’eau sur la Benignoire et bidet, le Wc fonctionnais mal. Le problème à durée toute la semaine malgré les appels de réception au Sté de réparation ns avions la vue sur patios mais depuis un couloir le matin le personnel était brouillant voilà à vs de voir……

Cet Hôtel était idéalement situé pour explorer le centre historique. À noter que nous avons bénéficié tant au niveau prix que fréquentation des avantages du hors saison ( février 2024)

Uitstekend hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Op wandelafstand van het centrum, zeer rustige buurt. Het is heerlijk toeven in de patio onder de bloeiende sinaasappelbomen. Minpunt: in het gedeelte van de patio waar het eten werd opgediend kon ook worden gerookt. Jammer.

Hôtel conseillé par un guide mais très déçu. Nous avions demandé comme le dit le guide le vieux bâtiment et un lit double mais nous avons eu tout le contraire alors que nous avions réservé il y a très longtemps. Apparemment c est géré par un logiciel qui attribue aléatoirement les chambres et personne ne regarde vos préférences ! Petit déjeuner quelconque. Très bruyant. Et y a des fêtes organisées dans la patio qui gêne . Piscine minuscule . L eau n est pas remplacé dans le frigo. Pas de thé ou de café de courtoisie dans la chambre. Très quelconque. Ne mérite pas 4 stars. Les chambres sont sombres car baie vitrée foncée car les gens passent devant votre fenêtre !!!! Horrible
