We stayed here in April 2024 for a week’s holiday. The hotel is in a quiet street of the old city. It has quite a grand lobby with numerous armchairs, a small fountain with reception, concierge, bar and restaurant all leading off. This is a comfortable hotel that has its share of luxury. The staff are helpful and courteous; they all speak English. The public spaces are marble floored and cool. Our room was on the 4th floor and spacious and cool. Everything worked as it should. We booked a tour through the concierge to see the Cathedral and Real Alcázar and they were efficient and offered plenty of advice. Breakfast was good but we took other meals in the City. I would stay here again on any repeat visit. It is an excellent hotel.

Estuvimos en el hotel durante la Feria de Abril y el cuidado con el detalle fue excelente, hasta los ascensores decorados con farolillos e imágenes de la feria. Especialmente destacable el trato del personal y las vistas de la maravillosa terraza. Volveré sin pensármelo dos veces.

Una vacanza fantastica grazie alla posizione strategica del hotel, la estrema gentilezza e professionalità del personale, la cura dei dettagli e la bellezza di questo hotel. Uno dei migliori di Siviglia. Quando credevo di non poter essere piú soddisfatta, ho scoperto la vista spettacolare che offre la terraza.
