Superb beautiful hotel not far from the centre so excellently located. It’s like an oasis in a city! The staff were fantastic and nothing too much trouble. Excellent knowledge of the city and good pointers in terms of places to consider eating and drinking. The weather was too hot so another visit will happen and we will definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you Casa Imperial.

床上盛產螞蟻！一個晚上都在打螞蟻.孩子腿上被咬了幾個包一直撓.前台英文算好的.態度也好.衹是衞生差強人意.地理位置還可以.停車難.

Hôtel à fuir! A première vue, un hôtel très typique et un accueil très professionnel et agréable. En revanche une fois arrivés dans la chambre, quelle déception! Aucunement à la hauteur de nos attentes …. Impossible pour nous d’y passer 3 nuits. Pour Un hôtel qui se dit 4 étoiles, c est une honte. Les murs sont délabrés et sales, aucunes prises ni lumière à côté du lit, pas de tables de nuit. Une douche qui laisse vraiment à désirer … qui ne donne aucune envie d y mettre un pied… avec un rideau de douche… tout sauf hygiénique. Et des recoins dont la propreté nous a laissés septique. Nous n’avons donc passé aucune nuit dans l’hôtel ni pris les petits déjeuners. Nous avons annoncé notre grande deception à l’accueil et avons demandé une compensation financière, un remboursement mais cela nous a été refusé. Nous vous joignons quelques photos. Hôtel typique et ancien ne veut pas dire délabré et sale. Une honte !

Hotel por llamarlo de alguna forma al que se le han caído las estrellas Poco personal dificultad de acceso no dispone ni de ascensor ni de rampas Escaleras de caracol y otras muy estrechas para subir dentro de la habitación Baños muy poco higiénicos paredes desconchadas …. Muy pocas mesas para el desayuno teniendo que esperar media hora para poder entrar Muy mala experiencia Nada recomendable

Came across this hotel fortuitously after leaving a disappointing Airbnb. Fabulous customer service from Marcus.Superb 16thC building with wonderful roof terrace. Finding this hotel turned a potential disaster into great holiday

Man sollte noch gut zu Fuß sein im Hotel Casa Imperial. Aber dann verspricht der Besuch ein tolles Erlebnis zu werden. Mit seinen vielen Innenhöfen, mehreren Ebenen auch innerhalb der Suite und insgesamt seinem historischen Charme ist das Hotel eine unbedingte Empfehlung. Nur das Frühstück viel ein wenig ab.

Hotel dal sapore andaluso. Patio e giardino interno speciali. Nel periodo in cui sono stata febbraio 2023, si respirava già aria di primavera, per cui il giardino offriva ottimi momenti di relax. Durante l'estate deve essere molto piacevole riposarsi dopo il giro della città, fuori nel fresco. Camera ampia, arredamento tipico. Leggermente rumorosa la notte per il deumidificatore acceso, necessario. Bagno privo di bidet, ma doccia larga senza miscelatore. Colazione buona. Consigliata. Servizio cortese e disponibile a qualsiasi ora. Operatrici alla reception veramente preparate, disponibili e ospitali. Luogo sicuro. Non facile da raggiungere la prima volta, strada non principale.

La location dell'albergo non sarebbe poi tanto male in quanto è una costruzione storica tipicamente arabeggiante o spagnoleggiante a seconda dei gusti, ma il modo in cui viene tenuto l'albergo lascia molto a desiderare. le stanze sono sporche e poco manutenzionate. Ho dovuto ammazzare uno scarafaggio nel bagno, il rubinetto dell'acqua calda era spanato, uno dei due lavandini tutto crepato e lesionato, la vasca da bagno è in muratura ma faceva schifo ad entrarci, il filo della corrente di una abat jour sul comodino tutto sfilacciato e poi dulcis in fundo in nessun bagno dell'hotel ci sono gli scopettini del water. Fatto notare alla reception mi viene risposto che non ci sono in quanto antigienici .... poi chi vuole lasciare il water sporco di feci può comunque andarci ... in bocca al lupo

We stayed one night here. We had 2 rooms. Driving here and parking was intimidating. The streets are very narrow. The hotel entrance is very minimal but once inside, it is very beautiful. There is no elevator so if you can’t do stairs , ask for something on the main floor. Our rooms were so charming. It felt like we were staying in an old castle. This hotel is not modern but we like that. The parking they offer is just a discount coupon for a garage 5 minutes walk away. The internet did not work in our rooms. Nice cold Air conditioning. Comfortable hot showers. Location is perfect. This hotel might not be for every but we loved it.
