My issue with this pension so far is that i pressed "send" to reserve / pre pay and realised that i would have a problem arriving on that date... i emailed immediately ; no response within 12 hours. I emailed again - no response in the following 24 hours. Here we are two weeks later, no response whatever from Pension Javier

Awful. I have never suffered worse trea**ent in my life. I had a single room. I got confused, I wanted it twice, I was calling and sending emails with no response until the day of arrival. They didn't cancel my reservation, and also when I arrived to leave things for the person who was with me, they didn't even let her into the hall. Bad manners until they couldn't take it anymore, some disastrous ways.

Woud not reccomend it, yes its a cheap offer but this doesnt worth a 5e and not even more. Basic old rooms with window litteraly on street, noise from curch where there is construction work from 7 am. Host not interested in any need of guest. They painted inside bath before we arrived and we got bath with fresh paint inside... If you wabt to get in you shoud ring bell but only once because someone in first room is sleeping lol. Dirty and rusty furniture... Never again here!!

The location and also the fact it's part of a church makes the most of the accommodation. The room itself was just beds and a wardrobe, I would have appreciated at least a table and a chair. The owners were friendly, I wish to speak better Spanish so I could ask them about history of the building etc

During these 5 nights I have felt like a fifteen-year-old whose parents set an arrival time. They are watching who comes and goes. One night I went out, and didn't return until the next day, first thing in the morning. Since they didn't see me when I came in (I don't have to always let them know when I'm coming or going), they knocked on my door an hour later to see if I was there and to make the bed, which I left last night but then I didn't ring the doorbell. Then there is also that the owners talk loudly and do not shut up even under water, they turn on the TV with the volume at maximum from 7 in the morning, but then they forbid you to even breathe. I ended up so fed up with them that when I left 8 hours before catching my train, I preferred to pay for a locker to store my luggage rather than ask them for it and then have to return. Also, the day they gave me the room it smelled bad, like humidity, and the last day I got scared when I turned on the light and saw a large cockroach.
