Everything you want from a central location to explore Seville. Comfort, quiet, well positioned for all the sights. If walking is not your thing there's buses within 2min max to anywhere you might want to go. Restaurants and bars in the squares very close, for anything you might fancy. Staff very friendly and helpful, will accommodate early check in if room ready. Towels and cleaning daily, we really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent accommodation if you want to spend a stay in Seville and be able to reach all points of interest on foot. The room is very nice, functional and quiet. The girl who welcomed us at reception was very kind, smiling and advised us on how best to get around the city. The house is located in a very narrow street and it is impossible to park in front of it so you need to find parking nearby. We were lucky and found it on the street but if needed the hotel is able to provide directions to paid parking.

Location was perfect Staff were responsive and available all time and chat with them to English and immediately responded this is very important because most people don’t understand English Hotel was clean and easy going for input We are there 3 nights and suggested to all choose this hotel

Wonderful little hotel - like a bijou riad beautifully decorated and very quiet. Perfectly located in the old town. Very friendly staff. Very useful kitchen. Definitely recommend. Very comfy beds and walk in shower. Spotless. Best place we have stayed in Spain!!

The stay has exceeded my expectations for welcome, comfort, cleanliness and location. Completely renovated and respecting some original details such as the tiles in the central patio. Details such as water, coffee capsules, slippers and even a small practical and cozy kitchen. In the center of Seville it is a nice option. I recommend it 100%

My boyfriend and I stayed in this property at the end of March, during Holy Week. The area is really central, a few steps from the cathedral, the alcazar and las setas...really close to everything! Simple but clean room with everything you need. The strong point of the structure is the owner (or at least I think she was the owner); she was really kind in showing us the map of the city, she showed us how to get from the structure to all the main 'attractions' of the city and informed us about the dates and times of the various processions which in those days completely blocked the city center and the 'last day. Really recommended, I would stay here again if I return to Sevilla!!

Interesting hotel, good spot in the historic district.
Value for money ok, however the hotel's maintenance conditions were precarious in the sense of moldy hall walls, bathroom with water running under the shower. Nothing that would disturb the stay!
