Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Airport

The location to and from the airport, very convenient and the facilities were very nice and the food, and staff were friendly. I will definitely visit again on my next visit to Pittsburgh.

The staff were very professional and accommodating and the room was very clean and comfortable. I was very happy with my stay and would definitely stay again in this hotel.

Practically on the runway! Pretty insulated, we could hear the planes, but they were not loud to us. Bed was comfortable.

It's great

Stayed at the Hilton near the airport. Location was fine but if I come back would stay closer in the city. The first night the thermostat was not working correctly we set it on 68 but it kept going up and not coming on till it hit 71. It was one hot night. The second night we set it much lower and it worked fine so no idea what happened but at least we did not wake up in a sauna. Second day we were out all day and came back at 9:30 to only find out that the room was never serviced. No big deal we don’t need our beds made but when we called down to get some clean towels and much needed toilet paper we were told there were no clean towels in the hotel and had no idea if there would be any in the morning. Had we known we would not have thrown our used towels in a pile on the bathroom floor. I find it totally unacceptable that a hotel this large would not have any clean towels. We had a busy hot day and really could have used a shower. We did luckily did have a roll of toilet paper brought up by a robot. I will not be staying here the next time I am back to this area.
