Hotel fails to deliver the basics: bathroom flooded every time we showered and staff were not interested to help (just gave us towels to mop up), room oppressively hot with inadequate air conditioning, extremely slow WiFi, poor breakfast quality.

Cet hotel au centre ville de Grenoble est agréable J'ai demandé une chambre coté jardin et j'ai eu une chambre coté jardin. La coint salon, déjeuner, restaurant est très sympa. Le personnel est a l'écoute. Vous avez des snacks et des boissons a disposition gratuitement la journée. Le soir a 18h30 on vous sert un apéritif. Un bon hotel avec de bonne prestations. Si il y a un truc a redire et encore c'est que certaines salle de bain commencent pas la douche. C'est un peu déroutant mais pas bien grave. Je reste sur mon 5
