Best Hotels in Seyssins, France

We stayed at ibis budget sessins one night during our stay stage visiting the family during our ski holidays. Arrived at 21:30 to sleep with the children, we discovered a room with cleanness more than doubtful, the mezzanine bed did not, a ventilation that made a sound of breathing of hell, air conditioning or heating impossible to stop despite the cut thermostat, a shower or hot water arrives after 5 minutes, black traces to the ground of cigarette burning everywhere, the window store that lets the light pass as in full day, and to finish a very bad litter because much too shortly entails total disappointment. We asked to change of room for the noise problem mainly because with young children who like silence to sleep but answer of one of the hosts, Mr. the noise in the rooms is everywhere like this, it's a problem of design of the hotel, euh we've especially not wanted to be troubled with our request finally brief !!! We had only a hurry to be the next day to leave and take the way back; we still took the breakfast that was to say we're right for the proposed price, The hotel is a very good hotel, and the hotel is very good.

Hotel de chaîne , donc charte de savoir faire , sans surprise: chambres spacieuses, propres confortables parking privé sécurisé un peu perdu en zone semi indus mais cependant facile à trouver les plus: personnel accueillant et arrangeant ( arrivant à 22 h, on nous a servi le même repas que nos amis arrivés plus tot), avec sourire et bonne humeur. Le lendemain soir, -alors que le restaurant était fermé, la personne de l'accueil a mis à notre disposition pendant une heure un petit salon et servi quelques boissons,ce qu'elle n'était pas obligée de faire! Ajoutons une vue sur les montagnes si on porte son regard au loin et des chambres bien insonorisées même si la circulation proche est assez dense

The welcome to revisit ..... when you arrive and you are made to wait for a certain moment, the time the person (man) shows to another beginner, the work, we can understand. But it is unacceptable that this person, before the client, reduces him and makes him very unpleasant demonstrations. He had to forget the day he passed through the departure box and moreover had to be bcp younger than this poor man who was like us very disturbed. HONDE to him. Shower mouthed, when you take it water spreads in the bathroom . The hotel is a very good hotel, and it is a good hotel. More noisy, when you have outside young people who disagree and are disputing until very late in the night...

Very good, very close to the train station

The hotel is located right beside the Grenoble train station in what could be considered as a business district. Surrounding the hotel are a range of offices such as the World Trade Centre and the School of Management. The main centre or more touristic area is a pleasant 10-15 stroll away or indeed you can take the tram. There are a few restaurants and convenience stores located within 5 minute walk. The entrance to the hotel is a little unassuming However upon entry you are greeted with a modern lobby. There is a nice seating area for meeting or enjoying a drink from the bar. This then expands to a restaurant area which gets good reviews and then further to the breakfast area. The fixtures and fittings are to a high standard and have a semi luxurious feel. The check-in was professional however a wait was needed until the room was ready even though it was already 2pm. The room was quite a contrast to the modern plush interior of the lobby. It felt a little dated and showed the signs of aging. The carpet and sofa stained, the curtains ripped, the table edging peeling. The decor of the room appeared a little drab. The room was a privilege room and was spacious with a large double bed (two singles zipped) sofa, desk, chair and lounge chair. It was equipped with a mini bar with complimentary drinks and a coffee pod machine (limescale in the water tank) and large screen TV. The bathroom was split into a separate shower and WC - handy for families I'm sure but not hygienic to have two doors between the toilet and sink. The worst element of this room was that it was located opposite the lift. The lift chimed not only when it landed on that floor, but also it seemed everytime it was used, that could only account for it chiming at least twice a minute in peak times and was loud enough for me to try and put pillows at the door to soundproof it somewhat. The room also didn't get cleaned in the three day stay when I left it empty each morning. Upon return after lunch I requested from the cleaner to at least replenish the tea/coffee but she never returned. Overall, this is a pleasant hotel and good value for money. However my opinion is that it is not up to the standard of other 4 star Novotels in France.

The location is top and the rooms are really good and adequate. This based on our reservation was a junior suite with balcony. Breakfast table in the morning was super with fine selections and good stuff, The coffee on cans was thin like water! However, there was an expresso maschine for self service. We arrived by car, and since the hotel is in a pedestrian street they offer a valet service. Very good. The staff was very helpfull with anything, and also positive and smiling. We felt very good to stay here. The internet could have greater power, disfunction in busy hours!

The location is very convenient for my business trip and only 10 mins from the centre by tram. Covid rules mean that, currently, the room is not serviced each day, so tea, coffee & cups are not replaced. Rooms and general decor are a little tired, but clean and comfortable. Parking space is not guaranteed, so I was luck to arrive early enough to find a space. Staff are all very helpful and friendly. I will continue to stay here on future trips.

The Residhome Appart Hotel at the “Caserne de Bonne” in Grenoble was one of my classics in the pre-COVID era, and I came back to it recently in the context of a business trip to Grenoble. I was very happy to see that the excellent service, rooms and facilities are still in order. Obviously, we should not forget the amazing location of this hotel, right in the centre of Grenoble (with thus a bunch of shops and restaurants around). I therefore recommend it to anyone interested in a short visit to Grenoble. The room was very nice and clean, and large enough so that I could also work from it and prepare some refreshments in the kitchen space. My room only had a ceiling window, but I was not there for the view so that it was totally fine with me (although this may incommode some). Very importantly, the bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. In my reservation, breakfast was included, and I must say that it is a bit better when compared with other hotels of the same category in the Rhone-Alpes region (all basics are there, including in particular a great selection of cheese). Finally, the personnel of the hotel are friendly and always helpful.
