The hotel has a good view with ample space that is surrounded by trees. The room is comfortable and conducive but the bathroom was not clean . The shower stand was not fit properly. One of the table lamps was not functioning. There was a misscommunication happened upon my checkin whereby the receptionist told me my booking was cancelled. Nearly 90 minutes of messaging through the trip service assistant to resolve the problem. Luckily the officer of trip.com confirmed me that he will settle with the Saujana Hotel KL. Thanks for the assistant that made my stay remain.

It's a well maintained hotel, and its good for a short getaway. Im also impressed where I actually put in a request to make some towel swans on the bed and they actually fulfilled it 😁

Excellent facilities and surroundings, very quiet next to the golf course! The room was great, clean and tidy! The surrounding environment is quiet, comfortable, and pleasant, making it the top choice for a stay and a round of golf!

It's my third visit to The Saujana KL and we really love the surroundings with all the greenery. First time stay in the executive block and the view was great compare with club room with pool view & lake view. The only down part might be the bathtub which I think it could be improve on the cleanliness but we will definitely back for weekend getaway.

The nature space of the hotel could possibly be the only one you can find in KL…..just the sheer size and nature! Even the view of a standard room (as attached) is so enjoyable!
The Japanese restaurant and the pub within the hotel premise are such a big plus….
However as an old hotel, the amenities are giving ways…..my safe box wasn’t even plugged in….though it didn’t bother me that much!
