Overall is satisfactorily, generally Ok. Very happy to be back to a hotel with strong resort and tropical feel and we love to walk around and spend time in hotel without having to travel out. The garden landscaping is great and keep it up! Note that the club lounge food choice is very limited as compared to other hotel lounge. Feels pricey when club lounge attraction is little, other than adult-only access and free in-room dining.

When we checked it there was a long line that took almost 30 mins, as there were only 2 counters open. Then one of our rooms wasn't cleaned yet so we had to wait almost an hour for that.
Then the elevator could only occupy 3-4 people before the alarm sounded. The ventilation in the bathroom was minimal, and the sink was somewhat clogged.
And lasty the room service is below average asked for water and didn't receive any, and only got provided with 2 250ml mineral water per room and can only ask for 2 more, more than that you have to pay, thankfully there's a family mart not that far away by car.

洗臉池和浴缸裏有頭髮，洗臉池後面的木頭，長期泡水，已經損壞了。房門也是陳年老木頭。
There is hair in the washbasin and bathtub, and the wood behind the washbasin has been damaged due to long-term soaking in water. The door is also old wood.

The hotel is huge andi was given an upgrade to club room which is very nice.
The staff are friendly. As i only stayed for 1 night, i feel my input isnt sufficient.
Overall it is a nice hotel and those with young children will enjoy it

Comfortable and value for money. The downside are mainly on services. I have to call the maintenance and housekeeping for few times to attend some problems occur during my stay. They only attend after few hours being called. Others are great. Spacious room and spacious bathroom with bathtub!

Hotel cleanliness is very good, staff services excellent. However, i was very dissappointed with the amenities in the room and buffet breakfast was with limited options.

Spacious club room, but lounge access is minimum, one set of canapé , free flow of alcoholic drink ( not premium brand).
Service is top notch even though facilities are limited
But quiet hidden gem in the city love the resort ambiance
