"Great Room but Bathroom Needs Improvement Stayed one night at Mercure Glenmarie — overall, I was satisfied with the room. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed. However, there was a problem with the bathroom. When showering, water would leak out through the door, making the whole bathroom floor wet and slippery. It’s a bit inconvenient and could be a safety issue. Hope the hotel can look into this and improve the shower sealing or drainage. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay."

"everything was good, cheaper apartment ever, only got for rm89 on weekends, but not all the time got that price😆😆two room for rm89 was insane 🤩 clean and easy to deal, sadly parking not included 🥺sorry don't have pictures"

"Stayed here one night before the graduation day. The location is near the uitm campus, but you have to round few times to search for the accurate mailbox and parking. the guard doesn’t help much. You can also direct go to mall from your stay, even its hard to find.. you eventually will make it. Anyways, all the amenities are completed with shampoo, toilet papers, toothbrush, shower gels and towels. We had a pleasant stay, with the exact temperature of AC. All the utensils of cooking is provided, and we’re very delightful of the fridge function and the speed of wifi. Netflix and internet all good here. No worries for not having line even you’re using umobile. However, the bedroom can be improvised by putting at least one vanity mirror, the garbage plastic can be add on."

"Had a free upgrade to premium suite with a nice view of Sultan Alam Syah Mosque. It has a bath tub too. The location is very strategic which is just a walking distance to the mall. There’s also food truck at the back of the hotel. So don’t worry if you want to have dinner outside. Our room is so spacious , and to our surprise there was also a box of Malay traditional kueh we called as ‘bahulu’ as well as 2 bottles of soft drinks as complimentary. Breakfast was great and we had variety of foods to choose. Add on breakfast for adult is RM66.00. They also provide free parking and we need to validate our TnG card before going out. Overall, Concorde Hotel will be our hotel choice in Shah Alam."

"From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their warmth and friendliness. Although the hotel doesn’t officially provide room service yet, they went the extra mile by delivering our packed meals straight to our room — a thoughtful gesture that didn’t go unnoticed. The room was incredibly spacious with plenty of extra room to move around. I especially loved the bathroom — it was just as roomy, with excellent water pressure and a strong, reliable heater. Everything felt fresh, clean and new. The highlight, was the breathtaking view — a panoramic sweep of Shah Alam that made our stay even more memorable. I rarely give full ratings to hotels, but this one truly earns it. Highly recommended!"

"This is a serviced apartment without a front desk. It's best to communicate with the management in advance and get the key box combination. Otherwise, arriving late at night might cause problems. The room facilities are quite complete, suitable for long-term stays."

"Geno Hotel offers a fair price for what you get. The decoration and setup are quite basic, but comfortable enough for a short stay. At the moment, the property is undergoing renovations, so expect some areas to feel a little unfinished. The breakfast spread is acceptable with decent variety, though there’s room for improvement in both options and taste. Parking is available at a flat rate of RM8 (covered and uncovered), but do note there’s no direct lift from the parking area to the hotel lobby, you’ll need to walk from a different section. Overall, it’s a practical option if you’re looking for reasonable pricing and convenience, but don’t expect anything too fancy just yet."
