The toilet light is flashing.
When the sink is used, the water will come out at the bottom. The sink should be repaired
The lights are quite dim. For proper sleep. If for work, not suitable.
The best tv channel is only tv3. The other channel is sports and not sure about other channels.
Superb location. But have to pay expensive parking there. I had to go in and out, many ************ had to pay for parking.
In total I paid Rm4 + Rm10 + Rm16 for parking for 2h1m because I went in and out 2x for certain business.
Better rent at Best Western Icity. Now promo Rm388 for hotel + 2 breakfasts + 2 all day happiness tickets + free parking. I have spent Rm373 for everything. Add Rn15, you can sleep at Best Western. 😂

We as a family were supposed to check in on the 5th but due to the delay we arrived on the 6th and at first a female staff@owner with glasses did not give us the room we were supposed to get when we were already ready to check out at 12 noon the same day. I just want to rest my body. Fortunately, there was a staff member who understood our situation and let us into the room. The service of the bespectacled staff is really not good. Thanks to the staff who gave us the right room.

The room is old and small. Not to mention the smell of the room, it is very humid, no toothbrush, no soap, no consumables, all by yourself. The service is blunt and the experience is extremely poor. I will never choose it again in this life.
