The location was quite okayy.. Near a lot of restaurant.. But the receptionist was not friendly at all.. No smile.. They only provide 1 towel in the room and no sajadah..

The staff was unfriendly. Not even a smile on her face to greet or welcome the customer. It’s the same unfriendly face whenever I went in and out the entrance door. The rooms were not ready even I checked in at 4 pm.
She tend to send us to the nearest hotel because our rooms were still not ready yet/which were under repaired. I insisted to stay in this room because it was a tiring day driving all the way nearly 400kms from Penang. Not even a sorry from the staff. The towels were not enough for the family eventhough I’d booked the family room. The same thing happened to the other customers as well. The staff was surely needed to improve their hospitality. The facilities were also not well-maintained due to the broken water tank of the toilet bowl.
The good thing is only it is near the mamaks’.
