So clean ans comfy, It was a pleasant stay. I have been there few times.. Its good.

This is a nice hotel just opened 2 years ago. The staffs there are very friendly and helpful. Only the room is a bit small but everything is good. If you stay there, remember to prepare your own shampoo as the hotel does not provide. The hotel got provide hairdryer and iron.. A good hotel to recommend.

Got called to attend dinner last minute..so had to find a place to stay..this will always be a placed for me to book for a quick stay..

First, self check in actually is no problem, problem is the check in machine very lag! It take so long to done the check in. Second, shampoo or shower gel is empty and service crew didn’t refill? Not only 1 room, I had booked 3 rooms also same! And the towel is very old! Last, there is no parking, and the parking in front of the hotel block by flower pot? Terrible experience. Will not visit again, bye!

Overall okay je utk harga yang murmur cuma kawasan sekeliling tu agak terpencil sikit. Check in check out pun guna kiosk layan diri je so mmg mudah & make sure prepare duit cash rm50 as deposit masa nak check in tu. Iron & iron board ada dekat bawah. Mesin air pun ada jadinya okay la

I am still waiting for my deposit of RM100 for 2 rooms. I tried to call the hotel many times but no one answered. Please refund my money ASAP now!!!!!! This is not acceptable 😔😔😔

our access card forget put inside and room door close rdy. when i want open back can’t already. so call the front desk haven’t answered and message also nvr reply . if any other emergency how we can contact ? worst service. we called more than 100 times nvr answer our call. then that front desk guy msg me back 9.30am !!!! i called him by 6am he reply by 9.30am. what kind of service this. when my husband called him at 9.30am he said”he was on off day!!! if he was on off day need to stand by any other to replace him. we pay for it not for free stay. please don’t be so stupid . respect customer TQ

The hotel room was booked by me and as usual i went to the property and then only I found out there is no receptionist. My phone bayyery was flat, its late ready i reached hotel to check in. But whatever situation Managed to check in with ease by the Kiosk and charging cable was there for android, and the only matter was cash that we need to pay depasit. And it was settled by there person incharge and very she is very polite and calm. Overal it was a new experience and the room was excellent since its newly opened hotel. hope the cleanliness will be maitained always and ossupancy will be good so ore facilities can be arranged. I'm satisfied noverall for my first stay there.

Clean and Cozy Except they are trying to change to machine for check in and out, and also room booking. The machine is not so user friendly
