Our stay was very comfortable. The hotel staff were professional and enthusiastic, especially Front Office Manager Tang Hua, who checked us in at 10:31 AM on June 6th. He genuinely cared about our experience and needs, which was incredibly thoughtful! I also want to specially commend the concierge manager, who, around 10:35 AM, proactively helped us with our luggage, seeing we had elderly parents and children with us. I didn't get a clear picture of his name tag at the time, but he deserves special recognition for being so kind and helpful. Furthermore, a big shout-out to the Housekeeping Supervisor on duty on the evening of June 6th. Due to an oversight by a housekeeping attendant cleaning a room on the 16th floor around 10:30 AM on June 6th, we couldn't immediately go to bed after returning late. Supervisor Li Jing, upon learning of this, promptly came to our room to change all the bedding sets and thoughtfully provided latex pillows for the elderly, working quickly and efficiently. She was truly wonderful! We were very satisfied with this stay, constantly feeling a sense of warmth. Plus, we could see the 'Shanghai Trio' skyline, and the location is excellent. It's a fantastic hotel!
