I was a little worried about staying as so many have given a low review. I picked it because of the excellent location in the airport. It was very easy to find. The room was clean. My only issue was the room was too warm and eventhough I turned on the aircon and opened the window the room wouldn't cool down. The beds a little on the firm side but I'm used to myi soft memory foam mattress at home so I don't think other travellers would mind. Overall I give it 4/5

The hotel location is hard to beat. It’s walking distance to some of the best sites in Guilin and the facilities are in very good condition. The food for breakfast is excellent! The staff were friendly and helpful, although only a portion of the staff speaks English. There were very few Americans or English speakers during my visit. I was fortunate to have a room on the top floor facing the river and got a glimpse of a beautiful sunrise one morning. At night the musicians play by the river so it isn’t the most quiet location but the view is great! One less desirable thing was they hosted a large tour group from Hong Kong on Saturday/Sunday and the group ate early and blocked access to the buffet.

For us this hotel was ideal as we were arriving very late into Pudong. We had one day in Shanghai and used Maglev and metro which were nearby and very easy to use. Staff very welcoming. Breakfast good choice both western and Chinese. Coffee poor (very strong) and unable to adjust and no staff to assist. Airport shuttle very handy would be useful to have timings/location for this accessible before arrival. As we did not have Chinese sim we were unable to phone without great expense and it was difficult to find alternative means of communication with the hotel

趕第二天早班飛機 所以找個位於浦東國際機場區域的酒店 真的十分方便 酒店會提前電話溝通到地鐵站來接站 然後第二天一早送機 都是免費的 就這點就滿分了 房間也乾淨整潔 好評

Hotel was perfect for our purpose. It was close to the airport and easy access to our destination the next day. We arrived extremely late. Check in was an easy process. The room was nothing fancy but clean. We had a good nights rest and then checked out. It’s definitely the right hotel for convenience. They also serve breakfast the next morning. Smooth check out.

The hotel is decent for the price. It's near the airport so expect some noise from the planes taking off and landing. The facilities are not new. The reception stuff didn't speak English, but used translation software which they had handy, which is nice. Overall, a pleasant stay.
