During my stay at the Quebec Hotel Pudong Shanghai, I was impressed by the spacious and well-appointed rooms. The ambiance and comfort of the room made my stay extremely relaxing. The breakfast, while satisfactory, offered a decent selection to start the day. Moreover, the convenience of having a Starbucks adjacent to the hotel lobby was a delightful perk, making it easy to grab a quality cup of coffee. Overall, the hotel's focus on space and the added benefit of a nearby Starbucks made for a pleasant stay.

Great hotel. This is the second time I’ve booked this hotel and I have two more trips already booked it. There is only one irritating thing. Is extremely small, but nevertheless, royal pain in the butt. The toilet paper dispenser is located at the back wall in the restroom very difficult to reach without turning around to retrieve toilet paper.

Taking advantage of the good weather, the whole family booked the Garden Hotel. It happened to be a day when the hotel was fully booked. Hearing that there was an exhibition, an elderly person in the family, who was over 90 years old, sat on the sofa in the lobby for a long time, waiting to check in. At this time, the manager Jamie came up to ask us. Knowing that there were elderly people, he personally helped us to check in at the back office, reducing our waiting time. After that, he also helped us book afternoon tea and the Chinese restaurant in the evening. Special thanks to Jamie for his help, which made us feel that the service of your hotel is particularly humane and thoughtful. The environment of the hotel is really good, and the family is very satisfied and happy. The whole family will stay here again if there is a chance.

The hotel service is very good. The lady at the front desk was very patient yesterday and today. The aunt cleaned the room, folded clothes, and provided shuttle bus to Disneyland. The air conditioner was not working well at night when we checked in, but we were given a heater in time. It was really warm and felt like home. The location is great and there are many options for ordering takeout. It only takes 6 minutes to take a taxi to Chuansha Subway Station.

I bought an early morning pass and the first bus from the hotel is at 6 o'clock, which is very suitable! We arrived at Disney at 6:30, entered the park at 7:30, and entered the city at 7:40. There are many restaurants near the hotel, and the prices are affordable! In addition, the hotel has its own parking lot, so those who drive over don’t have to worry that their car won’t have a place to park! Since the hotel hasn’t been here for a long time, it feels like the food is not made by yourself, but bought from outside. The basic porridge, steamed buns, eggs and pickles are available in the morning! But it is given in a safe place. Although it can be added, it is still not as diverse and convenient as the buffet! There is a lack of food in this aspect! Hope there is more variety! The rooms cannot accommodate extra beds, but they have family rooms, which should be able to satisfy families with children! Generally speaking, I am very satisfied, and I will come here to play if I have a chance! By the way, the hotel has a free shuttle bus to Disneyland, but there is only one bus a day, picking up people at 6 in the morning, and picking up people from Disney’s parking lot more than 10 in the evening. It is an old house in the Republic of China. The environment is very good. The room is nearly 2 floors high. However, the air conditioning and heating system is not very good in winter and it is a bit cold. Service: The lady is pretty good and proactively solves problems. Exclusive Disney Resort shuttle bus transfer: The negative review is actually this. The hotel should be outsourced to an outside fleet like the hotel next to it. I happened to go to Disneyland in the morning without a car and no notice. I got up early in the morning and rushed to the parking lot to eat. Dragon, very impressed

All the staffs are friendly (it's very rare to meet staffs who greet you in many other hotels). As soon as we got off from a taxi, two hotel staffs already came out and helped us to bring our luggages. The location of the hotel is not too far from Chuansha station (Metro Line 2), you'd probably need 10-15 minutes because of the traffic (lots of people riding bikes; many bikes parked close to the metro.) There is a mall next to exit 2. Many small shops and resto on the way back to the hotel. A Lian hua supermarket (with normal price) is next to the hotel, making it easy to purchase daily stuffs. The hotel provide wide selection of yummy breakfast. They also provide transport to Disney and to Pudong airport. They are very on time. We chose to leave at 6 am (before the breakfast service time), and they brought us steamed buns and delicious soy milk. Their amenities are great. Body lotion, conditioner, detergent, needle and thread are available there. They even got a robot to send ”waimai” (delivery).

I came to Shanghai for a short trip. Atour also lived a few times before. This time I went to Disney, so I specially chose a hotel that was closer. We booked two rooms, never expected to wait for me to get up at 5:30 in the morning, the door of the hotel room temporarily came out and couldn't be opened. No matter how to swipe the card, there was no response. As soon as the front desk staff came over, the question was whether it was locked inside. Are all the people out and there is still a lock situation? It took 20 minutes to delay, and we also specially bought the park's early enjoyment card, which was really anxious. Finally, the front desk ended the two-day breakfast for the staff in this room, (you need to apply to the above) and the friend of the other room who went to the other room could not compensate by the way. In fact, we left early the next day for this breakfast and didn't eat it. Disney is worth a visit!

I stayed at this hotel several years ago and it was always clean, fun and very cost-effective. In addition to the children's paradise on the first floor, there are also birds and cats. Because I am an old customer, the front desk also upgraded my room to a room with the same bunk bed and an additional single bed. The window has good light and the sun shines on the big bed. The sheets and bathroom are all clean and tidy. This family room is suitable for a family of four traveling. It is recommended to stay here when visiting Disney Chuansha. The elevator only goes to card swiping floors, so it's safe and secure. The breakfast is average and worthy of the price.

Our family stayed 6 days at Wassim hotel and we had a wonderful time there. Very convenient location, just about 300m away from metro and shopping mall, many nearby convenience stores and restaurants. Breakfast has many kinds of food. The hotel staffs are not good at English and have to use phone to translate but they are very nice, friendly and helpful, especially Xiaokong and Laozhu. We definitely reccomend Wassim hotel.
