I stayed in the Portma Ritz Carlton for 2 nights just after Christmas. The service was excellent, all of the staff went above and beyond to help me. They greeted me by name, remembered my coffee and drink orders and went to great lengths to help me. The staff in the club lounge were amazing, Lisa, Tina, Sunny, Vincent and others. The floor attendant Cici was also so helpful. The location is great, many restaurants around and short walk to The Kerry Center and Jingan temple. definitely recommend!

Everything was perfect except, upon arrival to our room there was a notice on the table which said the swimming pool would be under maintenance the following day for one week. If you want a hotel with a swimming pool, always call the hotel first to confirm the pool is open since there will be no notice via the trip app before you book or after you book.

The building is very special, it’s obviously got character but well the inside is very dated, some of the fixtures are not very well detailed for example the shower has some screws coming off and well it’s an old building so it’s understandable, the breakfast was good so was the coffee but half of the staff was friendly and half was a bit careless. It was a good experience.

Second stay after very pleasant one two weeks ago, but slightly disappointed with a few things broken down in the room including the blue tooth speaker resulting in changing to another room which was a little hassle. Although nothing is perfect, but in a very competitive hospitality industry, the consistency of customers’ satisfaction maintains guests’ loyalty. Comparing with other hotels, Puli still stands out as a service oriented hotel. The amenities do look a bit tired and need to be taken care of or upgraded soon.

Stayed at this boutique hotel during lockdown in Shanghai, the staff are very friendly helpful and try their best to help where possible at these difficult times. Love the breakfast selection especially during the shortage of food currently in the City. Would love to stay again when Shanghai returns to normal again 上海加油

Very satisfied, the room is clean and well equipped. The service provided by the front desk staff is attentive and considerate. Due to a trip in the morning on the check-out day, the front desk specially postponed the check-out time to 13:30. Thank you very much. Location is not bad not perfect too. If you primarily move by Metro the Station South Shaanxi Road is 750m away what is a liitle anoying when you have to walk it a lot of times.. You can take one of the rental bike which are in big numbers at the station and in front of the hotel as well. Oppsite to the hotel there a s small mini.market where you get a lot of things like beverages, snacks and so on like you find in any mini-market. Stuff is friendly, but if you need english then this is quite limited except of the upper management. Breakfast is good. I had an executive room on 24th floor. The room was goog in any way. If there is a complaint then only regarding the ”executive lounge”, which basically does not exist. There are to standard hotel rooms with a connectiong door where some tables, chairs and sofas are placed. More or less nothing mentionable offered there, except for some very basic packages of snacks which you wuld get in the minimarket for a few RNB. So the executive lounge is definitly NO REASON to book an executive room! But all in all except of this executive lounge topic, which feels a little bit like a rip-off, the hotel is fine and recommendable.

A lovely hotel, well located within walking distance of Jingan Temple and several good eateries. Staff are friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble! Rooms are a nice size with plenty of amenities, and I had a lovely view of the Bund. Breakfast offers plenty of options for all dietary requirements.

Take your children to experience the old Shikumen The B&B is consistent with the pictures, and the decoration is very beautiful. The flowers are very fresh. It can be seen that the rooms are well maintained and taken care of. If there is anything missing, the boss will reply immediately and answer all questions. It is really good. The B&B is in a busy area, and there are many delicious takeaways around! ! ! The boss is very nice, he takes good care of everything and explains the precautions very carefully🤓 The only downside is that it’s a bit noisy upstairs, and it’s best to ask the aunt to mop the floor. Next time, I’ll try another B&B by the owner🥳🥳

I have stayed in this hotel before when it was the Hilton. It was good then, and it is good even now. It used the home tennis stars during the Tennis Masters tournament in Shanghai. The location is the best part of this hotel. and easy access to Metro stations, the neighboring roads Julu Lu Changle Lu and Fumin Lu are buzzing with activity on weekend nights with their endless bars and restaurants! a great place to chill out, and I did just that. I got upgraded to a fantastic room with a view of Jingan Temple!

This a a cute hotel in a great location if you want to go out in downtown Shanghai, since its surrounded by restaurants and bars. The room is of a good size and although the soundproofing isnt amazing there were no noisy guests on my floor so I slept well and the bed was warm and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and efficient,and there is a nice cafe downstairs. The sink in the bedroom area is a little odd but that is really the only bad thing I can say.

I have stayed at Youxi Movie Hotel at 242 Ju Lu Road, Shanghai, China about three and half weeks from 13th November to 5th December. I had a wonderful time there. It located at the central Shanghai and is close to many entertainment centres and tourist attractions and shopping centra. The staffs at Youxi Movie Hotel were very helpful and friendly and the service is excellent. It was very surprise to me that my room is very quiet at night and you can watch a film on the wall while you are in the bed. My room is quite big so once I had my friends came over to watch the movie and chatter. And this hotel is quite new and the my room is very clean too.

Although the location is not too far, there is still a distance to walk with my luggage. The black is a big iron gate. It is a bit difficult to open. The door is open for a long time. The address is next to Minli Middle School. I arrived at night, and I have to trouble the landlord to come over at night to open the door for me. After entering, it was a homestay remodeled from an old house. Except for the inside of the room, there was no redundant decoration outside. It was very ”plain”, but it didn't matter, it was fine if you didn't leave the room. The sound insulation is not very good, and the next room can be heard walking. The landlord said that he could not eat upstairs, but the table downstairs seemed to have been used for a long time, and the layer was thick and gray. The stairs are very slanted, so be careful when going up and down the stairs. The bed is also good, that is, the quilt in the cabinet next to it is gray, like no one has used it in 800 years, the quilt on the bed is clean. The projection is too slow, maybe I won't use it, and I didn't press a channel that felt good after pressing for a long time. The toilet is too small. In addition to eating more shops nearby, you have to go a long way to go anywhere. And you can't store your luggage, you have to find a place to store it yourself. 交通很便利，附近各種小吃，到南京西路走路不到10鍾。。房間不大，但床具用品都很乾凈。有洗衣機可以自助，老闆很熱情，出門着急，衣服在洗衣機裏，老闆也會幫忙涼好。老洋房，但很安靜，雖然是那種地板樓梯，大家不會弄出很大聲音。早上打開窗戶聽到鳥叫的聲音很舒服。
