設施老化，隔音差，房間宣傳照片與實際不符，提前兩週全款訂的房，介紹説16-20平有窗雙床，拿房卡後，面對的是無窗，面積十二，三平米的房間，與前台交涉，説沒辦法最後一間，不住退錢。經過吵鬧，最後給了一間十三平左右的雙床房。大家切記，以後一定找連鎖店吧。
