Very nice and friendly staff . Although we reach at midnight . They are helpful to arrange airport transfer . One more thing feel very warm. We are travel with 2 years old baby . Staff volunteers help us bring luggage get into the taxi .another plus . They are very patient sharing us tips how to book admission ticket and taxi on phone apps . Thank you for the good service provide 🙏

This was such a cute little hotel, I loved the atmosphere of it and the staff at the desk were very helpful and friendly. They provide drop-off services Shanghai Pudong Int’ Airport and it’s close to the hotel, about a 20min drive. I would stay here again.

Lovely and helpful reception staff. The room was really clean. The hotel offers a free bus to Disneyland resort but confirm a time early to ensure you get a space. Only 15 minutes by taxi. The breakfast has Chinese and western options. Very nice experience!
