1.本人是來九院分院住院幾天，酒店服務非常好。2.酒店乾淨整潔，離醫院也非常方便。3,提前2天離開，前台的小姐姐非常熱情的處理了訂單，非常感動。希望酒店領導看到給予表揚，這個小姐姐是5月13日中午13點50接待的我，戴個眼鏡！

這個酒店與眾不同，有回家的感覺，睡了踏實的一覺。房間乾淨，温馨，網絡挺快，酒店服務到位，而且第一次住進上海人的生活區域，懷舊，文化，情懷讓人滿足。酒店幾分鐘走到步行街直奔外灘，太近了，外灘核心地段。對了，還聽老闆説，有一些電影，電視劇片段都在這裏拍攝。在這裏我老公還遇到了馬來西亞的老鄉，真是開心，來入住的人素質都挺高的，所以酒店裡基本沒有大聲喧嘩，安靜。值得回味的酒店，下次還來！

從廣東過來入住比較晚 又發燒去了醫院 半夜才回來 結果第二天早上6點 樓下好像在裝修一個停車場 一直叮叮噹噹的根本睡不着 但是沒有力氣給前台打電話 持續了快一個小時才安靜
我們攜程訂的是下午2點退房 12點前台就打電話讓我們去退房 我們説攜程上面寫的2點退房 前台才掛了電話
然後我們中午出去吃飯 回來發現房間門開着 裏面有阿姨在做衞生 我説我們還沒退房啊 阿姨説 哦我以為你們要續住呢
特意選了附近價格比較高的酒店
結果入住並不愉快
