早餐合我胃口，特別喜歡那個鹹蛋配粥，舒服。客服不錯，有求必應。床舒服，景觀也不錯，衹是窗户隔音稍差一些。

一開始訂酒店訂錯了想退掉或者升房但是説不退不升也就算了，然後是進酒店根本沒打掃乾淨地上都是水桌子上也是，明顯是保潔急急忙忙打掃的都沒擦乾，走進去一步一個腳印，水漫金山一樣床單上還有別人的毛髮，去前台反應第一時間不是給我們換房間是叫一個大叔上去看，樓下等了十幾二十分鐘吧（本來就是先來放個包急着走的），最後搞半天還是換了間房間，換的房間桌面上也沒擦乾（地是幹了），但是我們急着走也不想再搞了，回來的時候才發現衞生間門把手也是壞的，整體感覺很差

我們積分升房，前台找了一堆藉口，一會兒什麼剛剛接到的旅行團，一會兒昨天的旅行團。語無倫次反正她説不可以，最後給的説法是旅遊團住滿了不可以給我們升房，沒有房間就算了，後面問她能不能直接定上一級的房間，是可以的，所以有房間，就是不能升級。那沒有這個東西就別給掛出來，直接下架就可以了好吧。後面打了xc客服解決了，xc補的差價。他們家沒有升房還不讓取消，反正以後不會再來。
