I rarely give bad reviews. This hotel is really the worst among all the hotels I have stayed in so far! Everyone must avoid mines! After checking in, I found that there are many hotels nearby that are more cost-effective than this hotel. I booked this hotel for its airport pick-up and drop-off service, and the price is much more expensive than the surrounding hotels. However, it has no advantages. Even the airport pick-up and drop-off service that we care about most is outsourced to a third party, which is super unreliable. When I reported it to the front desk, the front desk would only say lightly, "We also outsource it to a third party." The room is really broken and old. There is a stinky smell as soon as you enter the room. It is obviously the smell of poor hygiene. Then I mainly want to be close to the airport and for airport pick-up and drop-off, so I just sleep there. Then when I was dropped off at the airport, it was a bus. After getting on the bus, I had to go to other hotels to pick up other guests. It was a waste of time. Now most hotels with airport pick-up and drop-off have their own hotel cars. The most bizarre thing happened when I was picked up at the airport! The driver told me that he would pick me up at the airport at 5:40. I just got off the plane and called me at 5:40. He asked me to wait for him outside Gate 25 on the departure floor. I ran all the way to the departure floor. I landed at the satellite terminal. When I got to the departure floor, the driver called me again. When I answered, he asked me where I was. I answered and ran and said that I was at the departure floor and looking for the exit door. Then he said, it’s 6:06 now, you wait for the 7 o’clock bus! I was really speechless. Since you called me, it means you have a list in your hand. If you really want to leave on the hour, you should call me at 6 o’clock to tell me that you are leaving, so that I don’t have to rush. Then I took a taxi to the hotel and reported the matter to the front desk. They said lightly, "We outsourced it to a third party."
