房間是上下兩層的，樓下的廳很大，沙發很舒服，房間也非常乾淨，老闆和管家服務很好，有應必回，非常好的體驗

客服熱情周到，入住很順利。因為在居民區裏，所以感覺像回家一樣。整體面積挺大的，適合一羣人瘋玩。洗漱用品很齊全，也是像在家一樣，很便捷。周邊外賣很多，叫了奶茶夜宵早餐，很方便胡吃海喝。備的餐具炊具很全，想要自己做飯也行。整天感覺很滿意，唯一小缺陷是衹有2個衞生間，洗澡得輪着來，還在水很大，很穩定。一樓是三個房間公用一個衞生間，晚上上廁所不太方便，如果都是自己家人還行，不然可能會有點尷尬。娛樂都在地下室，還有一個高低床的房間和衞生間，但這個卧室不適合有孩子睡，娛樂活動總會有點聲音，會相互影響。

所處位置很方便，距離超市和湖濱都很近，入住時候房子裏收拾的乾淨整潔，屋內設定完整好用，房東服務很好，回覆問題很及時，非常推薦。

一家6口臨時找的一家民宿，其實就是在一個小區內，裝修的很好，特別是地下一層，大沙發超級舒服，小朋友住的還是上下鋪的床，開心的很。小區對面就是個很大的商場，吃飯也很方便，下次來還住這。
