首先聲明一下，並不是惡意差評，而是覺得有必要説一説，臨時預訂入住到酒店，很感謝前台小夥給我升級到了房間，但是一到房間裏就發現了大長頭髮，地面都沒擦乾淨還粘腳，過來一個大姐處理，嘴裏説著自己搞服務的，衞生不是她做的，瞬間我就火了，我住酒店還管是誰給我打掃的衞生嗎？隔一會兒吃完水果準備扔垃圾時卧室垃圾桶裏居然有一條白色內褲，聲明我並不想找事，就是跟前台説了一下，還是那個服務員大姐，又説到跟她沒啥關係，***,鬱悶了好不好，退房時前台有關注到一直在致歉，我想説的是客房真的要好好很跟前台學習一下服務水平了，當然，酒店很新，設施設備很智能，早餐也很棒，5分的服務是給到餐廳和前台的，總之除了客房衞生，其他都還好，還有，這種事情我不知道管理層是如何看待我不想刷存在感，但是發生這麼離譜的事情我沒接到任何管理層的主動聯繫，也是離了大譜
