小洋房性價比很高，周邊很適合citywalk，安福路網紅街上，武康路，復興路，安福路都可以適合citywalk，出門就可以散步，逛街，吃飯，特別舒服，房東人也很好，唯一不足的是打掃衞生的阿姨不太行，建議提高搞衞生的阿姨的要求

房間和平台描述的一樣！乾淨衞生！一次性用品啥的準備很充足！特別要表揚的是房間的熱水器，出水量大洗澡特別舒服！出來弄堂就是網紅街安福路！附近還有巴金故居、宋慶齡故居，人來人往特別熱鬧！吃飯逛街坐地鐵都非常方便！我們家的兩個年輕人開心的不得了！説下次還要來這裏住！🌈🌈🎉🎉🍻
