It was a very pleasant experience and stay, cleanliness was plus point! The whole room was very high tech, and the reception staff was all very friendly and helpful! They also have a robot that helps to pick up our food delivery! Overall, a very good experience with the place! 10/10!

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel in Shanghai and it has never failed to impress me. The rooms are clean and modern. Fully equipped with full-size refrigerators and washing machines. Every staff member at the front desk provides excellent and efficient service with a warm demeanor, despite my limited Chinese language skills. The location is superb. And there is a beautiful cafe at the lobby where I've spent hours doing work. This location is perfect, whether you're in Shanghai for business or tourism.

The service is good. Complete amenities. You can do ur laundry as well. Nothing to complain. Below the hotel there are some restaurants. Overall good experience

Hotel far from subway, staff cannot speak english, but very kindly. There is no air conditioning (fresh) i needed to open windows to have some cool.
