Very convenient location Lovely spacious room Staff very helpful

Love the room design and grateful for the free treats. The location is around 10mins walk to the lanzhou west train station, however during my stay there, part of the road was under construction, so it wasn't the most easiest to get around especially when the round overhead bridge only had stairs. Nearby there are lots of malls and place to eat. For the room itself, despite the cosy ambience, it rirks of smoke smell especially on my first day. At night, it's even worst as the air filter started leaking more cigarettes stench into my room. There is also no hairdryer provided. And what happened to the mountain view room I was supposed to have? The view outside is just the road and some dirty cityscapes. I was so looking forward to that 🫤. I was also locked out of my room after the first night, and luckily one of the cleaner helped me unlock my room and save me from making another trip down to the receptionist. Overall I will still recommend a stay.

Room was spacious, beautiful and comfortable. Needed to be close to the train station and it was within walking distance … breakfast was simple .

I wii definitely stay in this hotel when I visit lanzhou again. The front office staff Miss Wei and gentleman Mr Wang zhi Guo are very helpful. These people make my stay memorable

The Wyndham Garden Hotel is really very close to the train station, so you can almost walk there. Our room was very well maintained and very well equipped, we felt very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good for us, as there was a selection for European tastes.

Location is near the high speed rail station, lots of food options around. Hotel room is large and clean, bed very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again! Thanks to 小莲 who provided great service.

We had a Family suite and it was very luxury. Breakfast was the Best we had in China. The Location of the Hotel was absolut perfekt for us so close to the trainstation. Perfekt stay, Thank you! Absolut worth to mention: very very good Matratze! Normale in China they are too Hard - but this one was Heaven so we stayed longer then planed

The hotel is new and the location is very good. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The reception is very kind and hospitable . 张瑞 has been very polite and helped for checkin and checkout. Thanks a lot.

The hotel is nice and new, and very close to the hight speed train station. Other than that the area is very boring, this is not the centre. also in the room you could only put on central heating and not cooling, making the air very warm and hard to breath. I slept very bad because it was so warm in the room even after turning off the heating. there were also mosquitos in the room when i came in. other than that, the design in the room was very good.

The room are gorgeousss!!! Also super convenient if you arrive by train. The Staff also helped me book my bus for the next day which so super helpful. WiFi is very instable tho, I had to stay on my phone data.

I arrived late at night. Fortunately, it was a hotel very close to Lanzhou West Station. The environment was very good and the service was also very good. Sister Xiaoyingzi was very enthusiastic and helped to upgrade the room type. The experience was very good! A toiletries set was also given when I left the hotel. I love it.

The second time I checked in, I contacted the hotel directly to pick me up. The front desk lady Xiao Yingzi upgraded my room directly from a regular double bed room to a suite and gave me breakfast. The service was very good. The room was very warm, the heating was very sufficient, the pillows were very comfortable, and the sleep was quality. I felt at home as a wanderer. I thank the hotel for its service and the thoughtfulness of Xiao Yingzi. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come to Lanzhou.

The room is clean and hygienic, and the service attitude is very good; the restaurant is on the upper floors, and the breakfast is rich and varied, with both Chinese and Western styles; the transportation is convenient, and it is very close to Lanzhou West Railway Station, where you can take the bullet train directly to the airport.
