Convenient location, nothing else. Good option if you have no other choices. That's it

Central location. Quiet rooms available, though. Breakfast OK. Parking fee. Increased by 1/3 within 3 months. Are you serious?

Great location, but very outdated room facilities

環境整體一般，大小相對還可以，設施還行，到店比較晚就沒拍照了，早餐相對就匱乏了很多，本着憧憬早上想飽個肚，發現可供選擇的不多。

前台美女態度非常好，房間可以，旁邊不遠還有個好吃的自助中餐館，點贊👍

I will start to look for another hotel. Since years, I am a returning customer of this hotel because of it nice team at the reception and the breakfast ambient. BUT since mid-2024, this hotel has a new management which has increased the price , but NOT the quality of its product. The breakfast food tray became less filled and less variety of offerings, the booking conditions less flexible/or say, very mean, and no more membership discount. The hotel desperately needs a uplift. But the new NEW management appears firstly wants to first save on the customer service and let customer pay more with reduced quality. This won't work.

The room with breakfast was booked and paid for in advance for us through the tour operator for our bike tour. When we wanted to check in in the afternoon, the rooms were not available: we were first given a single room for 2 people, which of course we could not use, and after waiting for over an hour and constant back and forth, a small double room for single use was now "prepared" for 2 people☹️... but not the room we had booked! We could not have our complaint recorded the morning after/when we left, because each time there was a temporary worker at reception who would not or could not pass anything on. There was complete chaos at reception, nobody knew anything - on either day, there was no one to contact for us as guests... we had never had to experience anything like that on our entire bike tour. We will not visit this hotel again and cannot recommend it to anyone. Of course we also contacted our tour operator because we could not find a competent contact person in the hotel, or even no one at all!
