Clean and tidy. Access to food and drink downstairs as well as vending machines. Easy to check out, just drop the keycard into a slot or give it to the reception. Beware of parking, it’s a bit confusing. Shuttle bus to terminals right outside, but it costs around £7 and they don’t give change for cash.

Very convenient. Take the local bus to the terminal and not a taxi or airport shuttle bus. Airport shuttle is 6gbp taxi is 20gbp. Local bus is 1.75gbp.

The same as every premier inn. Comfortable, clean and always with a good night's sleep

Spent a night at Premier Inn before my early morning flight the next day and was staggered at how perfect it was. The hotel is like a mini town with restaurants, bars and other amenities.checking in was dead easy and there are always team members around to help. And like me you can catch the Hoppa Bus from outside the hotel to Heathrow. Highly recommended

Two of us had booked 2 rooms a couple of months in advance and a third party booked only a few days in advance and directly with Premier. His room was $ 25.00 less for the night than we paid. Next time will make arrangements directly with the hotel.

Great room and hotel experience. It was as it said in the advert and great vibe. Also lots of respect for travelers in that there are signs all over saying to please keep noise down.

The quality is So bad, their is totally different room what they shown on pictures, They just put me a room like local inn a village, the heating isn’t working at all, So we decided to checked out with in two hours I was upset what I have paid for and what I get.. I Never ever gonna use again premier inn & Not gonna recommend anyone else.., Even the staff was not so helpful, I asked to change and I will pay more..but they refuse it… I left some pic of room please have a look, I have checked in I want refund..😡

Carpets could do with replacement ..I was constantly tripping over the tapped up carpets in corridors

The hotel lobby was elegant and inviting. Staff was very nice, courteous, and very helpful. Room was spacious and neat. Bathroom was clean and wide. I enjoyed my stay and of course I’ll do again!
