Safe, cheap and convenient for female.

Good price/quality deal, inside is really pop, suggested if you’ll pass from Kobe.

Basic hostel with a lot of character and vibe. Not very new, but it’s cosy. It’s like staying at someone else’s place. It was a self check in so I didn’t meet anyone from there, there were also no other guests around when I stayed for 1 night. They have a cosy lounge area with a lot of maps and guides.

Hostel with an old yet nice feel to it. Very friendly and helpful staff. My only concern was the lack of privacy in shower / bathroom area.

It’s very convenient to jr Kobe station and near a Lawson and family mart. The owner was very friendly and kind and the hostel was clean and towels are only an extra 100 yen to use. It’s very convenient for solo travelers and easy to make friends at the hostel. I will definitely come back again.

The location is in a residential area and very quiet. There are no large shopping malls or shops nearby, so there won't be many tourists. It only takes about five to 10 minutes to get there by JR or train. There is enough space for the beds and can be used from the rooftop

Very unique hostel! ! Everyone is very friendly and friendly, and they let me get the key in advance🔑. The whole hostel is like the style of the Edo period, and the boss speaks English very well! ! This was a plus point and I had a great time spending two days in Kobe on my own

I stayed here for one night as a solo female traveler. Basically, you check in and out by yourself. The atmosphere is very Japanese and tasteful. I went to take a bath in the hot spring, so I don't know what the shower room is like, but other than that, I had a comfortable stay.

It's a mixed-gender accommodation. I got the lower bunk, and the upper bunk is suitable for gringos. I snored all night and didn't sleep well.

I have kidney stones and can't eat animal protein and fat, so being able to cook for myself is a blessing. I stayed on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

It was close to Kobe Station, so it was great for moving around. The surroundings were quiet, and when the lights were turned off, it became almost completely dark, so it was perfect for a good night's sleep as long as no one snored too much.

The service is OK, but the facilities are too simple. I really don't recommend it except for the cheap price.

I liked that the staff was friendly. I was satisfied because it was neatly managed. I plan to visit again next time.

A hotel where you check in yourself. Why not, the principle is simple, all the information is given in a letter to our attention, and the operation of this system works well as long as everyone plays the game. However, the beds are very poorly insulated, and the nights were complicated, especially when the neighbors snored loudly or did not hear their alarm clocks. The other major problem is that for high beds and beds that don't have a bunk bed on them, nothing covers the top. And so as the dormitory is constantly lit, well the boxes are also constantly lit, and there is never complete darkness for sleeping. It's very disturbing. Especially since the empty beds were also lit, this is neither economical, nor ecological, nor pleasant for the people present who are trying to sleep. I don't know if I would return to this hostel, its only advantage was that it was well located
