地段賊好，可以看到東方明珠價格實惠便宜。住了好多天了比酒店划算太多了非常非常棒給力。靠近地鐵口出行方便。周邊遊玩景觀很多。值。

二房東經營的，在小區裏面八人間。優點是價格便宜，一晚才53元，缺點是衞生一般，有一個**性格懷疑，房東討厭他，住客也討厭他。所以住了一晚就走了。如果氛圍好，看在價格便宜，交通便利的份上我會多住幾天。

一個房間放了4個架子床啊，上下鋪呀，對付住吧，廁所裏面連一個洗頭膏沐浴露都沒有的。有什麼辦法呢？人家便宜。不過旁邊就是陸家嘴中心，在房間裏還可以看到東方明珠塔，地理位置沒得説了，周邊還有很多吃的，沙縣小吃啊，胡辣湯啊。

第一次點評，平常比較懶一些。對這家店很不滿，接下來我通過幾個方面進行闡述。首先，大概情況如下，當時我的情況是凌晨四點多下的訂單，當時周圍很多店鋪全部關門了，衹想找個能充電的地方，這點在和店家溝通過程中也説過了。結果第一次還能打進去電話，接着往後就沒人接電話了。第一，在溝通過程中，店家説我所定的房間是需要有士官證的，這裏我也告知店家我是有的。第二，和店家溝通過程中，店家以一種不耐煩的語氣説我最遲要12點前走，我當時也回覆了，我這邊兒衹用充幾個小時的電，七八點就走了。第三，店家讓我加好友，我這邊加了，到現在還沒有通過。（已經過了一天的時間）第四，我從四點鐘一直打電話打到五點鐘，最開始的打通了，後面就一直不接電話。（除了預訂所留號碼，更換了其他兩個號碼打電話都不接）第五，我本人沒有實際進行入住，我甚至連店在哪兒都不知道。（關於上述情況，皆有證據能證明）真是一次讓人糟糕的體驗
