The house is beautiful, the location is good, and it's fun to go out and walk around. Especially the loquat tree outside the terrace, it makes people feel like an outdoor paradise.

It's clean and tidy. It's surrounded by Sun Yat-sen's former residence and Fuxing Park. The streets surrounded by old Shanghai ocean houses are very quiet. It's decorated with care, the sockets are very interesting, and there's a balcony with flowers where you can drink tea. Very comfortable and satisfied!
