很滿意 ， 管家susan提早聯繫了我 ， 安排了給孩子加床，以及停車問題。 提早輸入車牌後，駛入和立場都很順暢。酒店很新，滑雪很方便，體驗好，週末還會帶孩子再去。

去耀雪玩住這裏很方便，酒店客人停車免費，環境整潔，佈置也充滿雪元素，早餐豐盛好吃，服務人員都很熱情專業，尤其是管家susan，入住前諮詢了不少玩樂事項，susan都一一耐心解答，並幫我們免費升級了景觀房，退房時間也延遲了，必須點贊。酒店新建不久，設施設備都很新，唯一的缺點就是裝修味還未完全散去，建議帶孩子的家長可以晚點再去，體驗酒店賓至如歸的服務。

新開的酒店，所有設施也很新淨，前台服務員尤其是Amy 很熱心服務也很細心。只是房口部有待改進，上一位客人入住時，房間沐浴露沒有了，也沒有添加。
［酒店設施］
房間大，設計方面也用了很多同滑雪有關的素材，整體氛圍很好！另外房間望向耀雪冰雪世界那邊，真的很美！浴室的淋浴設備，尤其是rain shower，真的可以把滑了一整天雪的疲勞洗去！
［地理位置］跟耀雪冰雪世界很近，只是1分鐘的距離。酒店除了擁有預早1小時入場的手帶安排之外，也因為這個距離，我可以穿好雪服直接入場，就連那15分鐘的更衣時間也省卻了。 另外酒店跟浦東國際機場只是20分鐘的車程，適合我這些專程從其他地方，經飛機抵達上海的人入住。
［餐飲方面］
自助早餐的選擇很多也很豐富

設施：酒店設施嶄新，設計很用心，使用過程中會挖掘出驚喜。
環境：環境衞生都到位，沒發現死角。
服務：服務方面很用心，一般在3k+以上星級酒店才有這麼貼心全面的管家服務。特別Ava小姐姐，從見面到離開都有體貼到家庭住店的需求。娃娃很開心，並希望下次再去。

就算是新開的，各方面都不錯，尤其是房間淋浴有兩個 ，我覺得很方便，孩子滑雪回來 玩水回來 都可以不用等待 就洗洗。降低了等待受涼的可能性。服務也不錯，退房時遺落東西在酒店 Zoe第一時間就聯繫我 幫我送來了。以後還會來的。滑雪很方便

優點：服務好，幫申請16點退房，離雪場近，早餐豐盛。
缺點：房間太小，隔音不好，床太軟，健身房太小。房間所有配置藏的太深，要翻一遍才知道東西在哪。
