房間設施設備都沒有什麼大問題，但是對待客人的服務態度讓我覺得入住體驗十分的差，臨近中午11點多的時候有打電話過來詢問是否要續住，因為颱風飛機航班延誤，有和前台講過，稍後續住鐘點房，會下訂單，但前台貌似沒有聽懂，屢次三番的打電話過來詢問但平台上正常標註的時間應該是12點退房，在12點之前多次打擾真的讓人覺得體驗感很不好，這就是連鎖酒店的待客之道嗎？今天訂單稍晚一點就不能按時間收取我的房費或者加收錢而是反覆的打電話確認？
