準備在上海遊玩幾日，上網查找酒店，看了很多家，最後選擇這家是因為評論區好評最多，決定親自體驗一下。
一進酒店果然就感受到熱情的服務！大廳小姑娘看到我馬上迎上前接過行李，送上熱茶。進到房間看到整潔乾淨，設施齊全，並送了果盤。飯店早餐種類豐富。酒店緊鄰上海海事職業技術學院，離14號地鐵源深路站很近，出行方便。
離店時酒店為我打車，並送上一份上海特產。
在酒店期間，遇到有新客他們都是主動上前幫客人拿行李，客人離店時也是主動為客人叫車。遇到所有工作人員都會主動與客人打招呼。
在此感謝酒店全體員工！祝願酒店生意興隆！

賓館的位置比較好找，距離14號地鐵口很近，比較方便。最深的印象是服務特別到位。剛拉着行李走到酒店附近，就有服務員幫忙拉行李，一直送到房間門口。每天都有水果放在房間，晚上回去還給送銀耳湯。離店的時候，要去浦東機場，服務員還特別詢問了情況後，告知附近3公里內，免費接送。直接給我送到2號地鐵口，這樣我就少倒了兩趟地鐵。服務態度特別好。

在這個價位上，難得碰到能提供這麼好服務的酒店。人還沒到酒店門口，前廳就有服務人員跑過來幫拿行李，一到前台，一杯熱茶就遞過來了，拿到房卡，前台人員又幫着把行李送到房間；一進房間，工作人員會把房間wifi密碼，酒店早餐時間，酒店周邊公共交通情況進行一一介紹。早餐質量很好，吃的很滿意；晚上還有銀耳湯送到房間。早上退房後，主動問一下是否需要礦泉水，是否需要用車送到地鐵站。一句話，服務精細、周到，體貼入微。下次有機會一定會再住該酒店！

酒店離地鐵站口較近，交通便利。房間明亮整潔舒適，服務熱情周到，入住時有帥哥幫忙提行李，一直送進房間，還詳細介紹房間設施。晚間很安靜，還送了水果。早餐豐富，吃着早餐還能欣賞窗外美景，陸家嘴三件套（坐的位置東方明珠塔被擋住了）盡收眼簾。離開時，還有司機師傅送到地鐵站口，特斯拉商務車哦～。非常滿意的體驗，下次到上海還定他家。

酒店有些年份了，但服務很好，我第一天進門就有保安大哥熱情的幫我拿行李，辦理入住時稍微等了一下，不過前台小哥給了一杯温水，很温馨的體驗～雖然酒店寫的東方明珠店，但過去還是有一段距離，第二天退房的時候酒店工作人員都會很熱情的提議送我到2號線地鐵站口（不過朋友來接就沒坐啦）

酒店旁邊是羅森便利店，對面是華美整形醫院，醫院旁邊就是地鐵14號線，到陸家嘴才二站路超級方便，陸家嘴站出來去三件套也很近，慢慢散步到外灘也舒服，路邊還有很多共享單車。在上海，一定要坐地鐵，交通便利到起飛。酒店服務如同評論裏所説，非常熱情，每日水果，每日甜湯。在上海，這樣的地段和價格已經是很不錯了。總之，是一家小而美的酒店。

The workers are friendly, willing to help. The location is strategic as it is close to public transport station. They also provide laundry service which bring much convenience to us. Will book again for next trip!
