酒店服務特別好，我的密碼鎖行李箱忘記了密碼，前台工作人員熱心幫我解鎖，酒店還提供地鐵站接送服務，司機師傅主動幫忙提行李，服務耐心周到，真的感覺很有家的味道，早餐也很不錯，樣式豐富，魔都這個價位的酒店真的是性價比之王了，酒店出行也很方便，酒店對面就是地鐵🚇14號線。另外酒店還有免費洗衣服的服務，真是超級貼心，下次來還會選擇住這裏。

一家四口入住了三天，地理位置相當方便。
主要服務是真的贊爆了！打車剛下來就有服務人員過來接行李，一路送到房間裏面。
每天都有新鮮水果和礦泉水，還有免費洗衣，很貼心了。
着急打印還給了打印機，早餐有現做的小餛飩、肉絲麪，快遞、外賣也會不厭其煩的幫送到房間裏。
總的來説是一家堅持老實服務的傳統型酒店，雖然店子有點老，但服務人員的努力整體拉高評分！必須好評！

非常滿意！為我們免費升級親子房，服務員幫忙送行李到房間，提供水果和礦泉水，屋內整潔安靜舒適。早餐品種豐富可口，中西兼有，色香味俱全。離店時有人幫忙拿行李送到停車場，值得推薦！

房間非常安靜，乾淨衞生，服務超級好！是目前住過的酒店裡服務最好的！知道我們白天在迪士尼玩，辛苦了。特意送來了泡腳桶，裏面還有泡腳包。贈送了甜湯。有迎賓水果。酒店還提供了三公里內送賓服務，司機程師傅，服務熱情周到，提供了遊玩聯繫，非常實用。酒店全體員工工作人員都熱情周到，非常好的體驗，以後還會再次預訂。

酒店服務很到位，前台工作人員符合了高檔酒店的標準。每天衞生的打掃，和每天新鮮的水果。早餐很豐盛，選擇性多。離地鐵也很近，如果早上八點醒，可能還能聽到遠處出操的聲音，就像人生的一種打卡。很安心，一種堅實的旋律。
