酒店服務很到位，前台工作人員符合了高檔酒店的標準。每天衞生的打掃，和每天新鮮的水果。早餐很豐盛，選擇性多。離地鐵也很近，如果早上八點醒，可能還能聽到遠處出操的聲音，就像人生的一種打卡。很安心，一種堅實的旋律。

Отличный отель с удобной локацией, рядом остановки и метро, персонал очень приветливый, готовый помочь решить любые возникшие вопросы. Единственное, мебель немного старая, комнаты маленькие, но все чисто. Завтрак вкусный, в комнату каждый день приносят фрукты и воду.

首先，我要讚揚酒店員工的出色服務態度。從我們抵達酒店的那一刻起，他們就以熱情友好的笑容迎接我們，主動幫忙拎行李，並耐心解答了我所有的問題。無論是前台接待還是客房服務，他們總是盡心盡力，讓我感受到賓至如歸的待遇。孩子們最開心，收到了酒店贈送的六一禮物，意外之喜。另辦理退房後還贈送了上海特產，太暖心了。
其次，酒店的設施和環境給我留下了深刻的印象。麻雀雖小五臟俱全。房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適乾淨，衞生間設備齊全，一切都讓我們感到舒適和放鬆。而且，整個酒店的公共區域都保持得非常整潔，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。
