我是四百塊錢住這個酒店的冤大頭，要啥啥沒有，周邊也沒啥吃的，點個外賣還要自己去前台拿，衞生環境差的不行

設施：房間設施陳舊，地漏和連接水盆漏水咚咚響
衞生：房間耷拉一圈線
服務：
1、當時網上多定了一晚，到店跟前台溝通，前台説要給客服説，客服同意就行（已經跟前台説是需酒店同意，前台默認），我就聯繫客服，按照要求我就聯繫客服，但最後前台偷偷給拒了，我把記錄給前台看，前台不承認，完了客服給前台打電話前台無人接聽，我還問了前台説客服打電話過來了怎麼沒人接，説沒收到！！！然後前台就給我拿個房間先去休息，我就先去了房間（中間跟客服聯繫未斷），完了我到了房間沒多會，客服聯繫上前台了，前台以酒店政策、不是店長為由拒絕！！！
2、退房當天上午，不知道哪個房門未關緊，警報聲一直響，客房阿姨未敲門直接打開門！！
