衞生很差，前台服務的那個男的態度不好，讓拿一個遙控器半天不拿來，第二次打電話還把電話掛掉了，一會一個男的把遙控器送過來就説了一句現在還開空調，當時讓人很無語，人家住個店這個不能用那個不能用，人家花錢住你店有什麼意義，而且洗澡了準備取浴巾沒有浴巾，毛巾上還有不乾淨的東西，第一天退房把卡給前台的時候那個男的拉着臉，我説了三次第三次回覆我，態度很差。
