We booked five rooms with 1.5m beds, and the clerk upgraded them to 1.8m big beds for us. Overall it was good, and the requirements were not high. The price was acceptable. It was very close to various check-in places on the Bund, and you could walk there.

Prime location, and we loved the friendliness of the receptionists and staff :) they’re extra warm and helpful.
The amenities: room heater and shower heater are always working.
Most of their receptionists are also well-versed in English.
Would definitely book again here when we go back to Shanghai.
