這是我出差這麼多年住過的最差的酒店，為什麼這麼説，因為第一做人要講誠信，我在攜程訂的是433元商務大床房，結果一開始前台給我的房子根本不是商務大床房（窗户不到1平米）！！跟前台溝通給我換了一個房間説是商務大床房，結果一進去發現和網上我的訂單上圖片的樣子完全不一樣！！完全不講誠信宣傳這點。
然後第二點，最離譜的地方來了！！我和前台溝通説圖文不符太嚴重了，前台説沒有辦法就是不一樣的！！這時候經理也説他們自己出門也經常遇到這種情況，也是很無奈，衹能這樣！！這是什麼邏輯？？？結果後來又説其實是有和圖片一樣的商務大床房的，但是滿房了，我説那能不能補一下差價，她們説不行，她們什麼權限都沒有，衹能這樣，我訂了400多的房間，就給了我個300多的房間，然後前台説沒有任何辦法，就是這樣，這服務態度真的絕！！
真的很生氣，沒想到在上海一個如此注重服務的地方會碰到這麼多年沒碰到過的事，無圖無真相！！我的訂單截圖和實際住房圖片我都放在這裏了！！！大家可以自己判斷我説的內容！！！
且房間空調最高衹能到23°，上海這幾天下雨很陰冷，空調升温很慢且噪音極大，晚上凍到2點才睡着；走廊異味嚴重，更離譜的是這個季節（2月末）房間居然有蚊子！！！
