1.浴室排水設計不良，所以洗澡時會積水，都要往排水孔方向沖水沖好久，否則雙腳踏出會全是泡沫。
2.觸碰式吹風機超難用，出風斷斷續續的。
3.洗衣房在停車場入口處，洗個衣服雙腳頻頻被蚊子叮咬。
4.叫外賣送上來速度很慢，兩次外賣送達大堂，送上房間約30～50分，其中一次還是我打電話下去詢問，才想到讓機器人送上來。
5.周遭生活機能不佳，從地鐵走回到酒店附近沒有幾家商店，完全衹能靠叫外賣。
6.服務人員不是很友善，回答顧客快遞架位置問題時，明明可以走岀櫃枱指示方向，卻衹願用手指比動作，並且歎氣大聲説「妳看我手指」，服務訓練沒到位！

房間乾淨、舒適，酒店早餐非常好吃，品種很多，晚上的銀耳粥也很nice!大廳的小姐姐聲音軟軟的，任何時候找到都是笑臉相迎，處理得非常好,情緒價值拉滿，下一次來還要選漢庭。

前台小姐姐人非常好，態度好，積極幫忙解決任何問題，酒店還有免費銀耳粥和紅豆粥，離店那天正好是520，酒店還送了一朵花花。
