沒拍照片，但房間真的很好，有冰箱洗衣機，微波爐，生活上很方便，門口有保安也安全，一出門有超市，有水果攤，公交地鐵也都很方便，很不錯的地方

The front desk is super nice! Showed me two different rooms and asked which one I would prefer. They also helped me when I ordered 外卖 and when I had an issue with my didi. Would definitely stay here again as it’s cheap and clean. The only down side is that it’s a little far from everything but the nearest metro 中潭路 is a 10-15 minute walk.

非常差的一次體驗，因為行程的關係，晚上沒有辦法過去入住，所以在七點左右聯繫的酒店説明瞭情況，酒店前台聶小姐説讓我聯繫攜程，她這邊沒有退款功能，攜程同意了她就同意，讓我我就打電話給攜程客服，攜程那邊給我説是酒店的問題，也幫我去進行溝通，結果那位聶小姐在我這邊給我説是平台的問題，她是同意給我退了，反過來又給攜程那邊説就是不給我退，我就一直覺得是攜程那邊的問題，還把攜程客服投訴了，一直到後來攜程讓我錄音因為他們那邊一直沒有不説不給我退，而是同意退款併發給了酒店，但是酒店一直在拒絕，就這樣我最後才準備過去錄音，這時聶小姐才開始反悔，一開始還給我説她姓張，然後就開始暴露本性説就是不想給我退，沒有任何原因單純的不想同意，我看酒店那邊態度這樣所以就開始進行維權並投訴，因為有錄音證據不知道酒店會不會認賬。
