I went to bed at 10:30 in the evening and heard the noise of the electric drill. I couldn't fall asleep. I called the hotel front desk for half an hour, but no one answered the phone. The explanation I gave later was: while I was calling, a group was checking in. There was only one front desk person in the hotel at night and he didn't have time to answer my call. After waiting for the call to be connected, the security team checked for half an hour and couldn't find out the reason. At 11:30, they called me back and said that they could give me a new room. They waited for five minutes for the room card to be delivered, and by 11:40 I just got the room card and the experience was very poor. The manager called to communicate and explain. He kept saying that it was external noise and had nothing to do with the hotel. From the beginning to the end, I emphasized the service issue.
