整體體驗沒有想象中的好，比如洗手枱，就那一塊小石板，擺不了多少東西，乾濕也沒分離，水汽很容易飄進房間，燈光很暗，刮鬍子都看不清，最要命的是浴室和衞生間的設計，很窄很暗，讓人很壓抑不舒服，整體來看有一定的設計感但實際居住體驗一般，希望下次能改進

先説Bad comments：
1、你前台有華住會會員拉新kpi考核可以理解，起碼要給介紹一下，遵循客人意見再加吧，辦完check in 前台給個二維碼，説掃碼開通前台服務 ，結果弄完是掃碼加入會員！！！
2、上海已經要求不強制刷臉了，身份證放機器上之後還是讓我看向刷臉機
3、Check in 耗時有點久
再説説比較好的：大門口的大叔問候真誠熱情，HSKP送物很及時，早餐的自釀酸奶很好喝，建議免費的mini bar把碳酸飲料改為橙汁之類的

1. 預訂過很多次，這次體驗最差，以後不會推薦
2. 空調製冷不佳，維修師傅上來就指責我們鎖定了空調，我不明白是什麼意思，問為什麼會鎖定空調，被維修師傅直接打斷，反問我：“我怎麼知道？”
3. 前台善於推銷，不善於服務，態度強硬
停車半小時收費7塊，我質疑為什麼住客要收費停車？前台説8小時以上不收費。這一點個人覺得非常不合理，寫着住客不收費，卻又玩這點花樣。
4. 豪華雙床房，沒有落地窗，衹有一個逼仄的小窗户，很悶。
5. 早餐枱區域很小，但可以接受，這不算槽點
6. 點名表揚保潔阿姨，非常親切。
總的來説，生意可能比以前更好了，但服務（前台和維修）越來越差，不推薦。
