Our experience here was great! My fiance and I stayed at this hotel in Shanghai before catching our flights back to our home countries and the owner was exceptionally helpful and kind. He even helped us print out some travel documents and gave us information about how to get a nucleic acid test in Shanghai and where to go to do it. This was very useful as covid cases were rising during our stay and we needed up-to-date information on requirements and necessary processes. The owner also gave us good restaurant recommendations and was available to chat in person or via WeChat if we ever had any questions. We had our cat with us during our stay, and he was very comfortable and adjusted quickly to the room. this hotel is not in the city center but is about a 30 minute didi ride from downtown and is very close to Disney and Pudong International Airport.

First of all, the landlord has a very good service attitude and is very enthusiastic. He hasn't called in advance to ask for directions. He will prepare milk and snacks every morning. There is a shuttle bus to Disney. The room is clean and the environment is good. The children have fun.
