I chose this hotel because it is near the subway station and has convenient transportation. However, there were no rooms available until 4:40 pm. The front desk staff had an arrogant attitude and said that you can choose to stay or not. They were tired but did not escalate the conflict. The front desk staff did not have the ability to deal with the problem. I have recorded and complained to the tourism supervision depar**ent and waited for a reply. If the check-in and check-out times are set, both parties need to follow them. Consumers cannot only be subject to the overbearing terms of the check-out time. The store manager needs to provide job training for employees. If you really can't lower your proud head, then don't work in the service industry. The cleaning staff has a good attitude and deserves recognition. The store's public notice board is not obvious, the fire awareness is not strong, and there are two trash cans in the narrow aisle. As a Ctrip platform, there needs to be supervision. I don't recommend bad reviews of the same price.

Pros: Convenient transportation, subway station is just outside. Cons: Poor hygiene, ants in the room. No elevator, winding stairs. Toiletries are rubbish, disposable slippers are also rubbish.
