This was the most disappointing stay I had in the Seasons Hotel. The noise from the air conditioner compressor kept me from sleeping well. There was water leaking from the shower head where the water pipe met. The toilet was too old and had too many scratches on the seat. I only found toothpaste in the washbasin box and couldn't find my toothbrush after searching for a long time.

The room was clean and tidy, the staff had a very good service attitude, they were considerate and attentive, and the price/performance ratio was high. Seeing that we were a family of three, they specially upgraded our room for free.
