入住世茂洲際飯店是一個非常棒的體驗！ 深坑建築非常特別！ 我選的藍寶石造型套房，面對的就是崖壁，非常好的景觀。 晚上的崖壁燈光秀就可以在房間觀看。 我的房間有配小管家～Bruce 細心的照顧到我的需要。

這是一次令人驚豔的入住，入住前兩天管家小鍾就跟我聯系，安排我們在入住之後在酒店的所有行程。因爲我們的飛機晚點，小鍾特地向酒店方申請讓我們可以延長兩個小時才完成離店手續。因爲這样，我們可以完整參觀酒店的設施,尤其是水族館。真的十分感謝。
也要謝謝爲我們旅拍的攝影師阿淼,他是一個非常細心且有耐心的年輕人,對我七十六歲的母親照顧加，還教導我的母親如何擺姿勢,讓母親非常高興,真的讓我感激不盡。不久的將來，我們肯定還會再回來入住。
Ps今天離店時太高興，忘記申請發票，剛透過攜程提交申請，還請酒店方幫我處理，感恩。

My daughter got hurt while go-karting at the hotel, and they did not even have a first aid kit available. And we had to request THREE times for a band-aid
same goes with the extra bed, we had called front desk/housekeeping THREE times until they finally come set up the bed
Now we had meals in their Chinese restaurant almost every nights because we had no other places to go. The food is good but the service is really bad. We requested a bowl of rice that never came, and tea that take ages to refill.
Another shortcoming is the lack of activities to do in the hotel.
Overall we did not have a good impression of the hotel, and definitely would not visit again.
