Booked online and arrived at the hotel at night. The door cannot be opened at 7:30 the next day! Shout out! It took a phone call to get someone to open the door. When I returned to the hotel at night, no one had been in the room, so I asked the waiter for towels, washi paper for shampooing and bathing. On the third day, there was still no one at the front desk of the hotel at 8 o'clock in the morning! The door can be opened. Back at the hotel in the evening (it was still dark), there was still no one at the front desk! A woman came in from the outside after shouting, and I asked, "Why is there no one on duty at the front desk?" With just this sentence, the woman became furious! The sound is deafening! I said "what are you arguing about!" and left the front desk in a hurry. Tossing and turning, unable to fall asleep...decided to escape from the hotel served by villains. After tidying up things this morning, I set off for the hospital to see an outpatient. In the hospital, I contacted Tongcheng (the hotel was booked through Tongcheng) and applied for check-out. After the work in the hospital is over, head to the hotel immediately! Because it takes an hour and a half from the hospital to the hotel by subway! After rushing very nervously, I finally arrived at the front desk of the hotel at exactly 12 o'clock! When I went up to the second floor, there was the receptionist from last night, who accused me of complaining to her with a bad attitude! Fierce words! Make trouble for no reason! I didn't say a word just to escape quickly! This is what I encountered in this hotel in three days, please seriously investigate and deal with the leaders! Just in case someone else is victimized! ! ! Thanks!
